Shopping Basics

Our standard delivery methods include USPS First Class & Priority Mail. Arrangements for any other postal delivery method including FedEx & UPS must be made prior to your order.

Rarely do we have issues with our shipping, but should a package get lost in transit, please allow 2 to 3 extra days for your package to arrive. On occasion packages shipped via USPS will become ‘lost in transit’ or not show tracking from a specific point but will still finally make it to their destination.

If for some reason you’re having issues with your order or your order arrives damaged during shipping, feel free to contact us. Having pictures definitely helps, so please take clear close up images of your issue so we can visualize the problem. We’ll get right on correcting it!

We currently ship to the Caribbean , Canada, Europe, Mexico, South America, Hawaii, and Australia. If you do not live in these zones or countries, please contact us prior to your order to verify.
