Our chickens are gone! Say hello to our Duckies though!

As the owner and ‘developer’ of our little backyard oasis, I’ve taken to enjoying duck eggs from a friend who also operates a farm in the central Florida area. We had loved having New England Red’s and Americana chickens but when you compare the size and volume of a duck egg to a chicken egg, as a consumer, there’s absolutely no comparison..duck eggs take the win.

There’s a lot more to our decision when it comes to switching over to ducks, but we’ll update more on that at a later date. For now, enjoy some ducky pics and know we’ll be offering duck eggs exclusively from now on.
